The Syndicate is the executive body according to the Private Universities Act 2010 and responsible for the overall administrative and supervisory control over the academic, administrative and management activities of the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. The Syndicate is chaired by the Vice Chancellor and consists of representatives of the Government of Bangladesh (Ministry of Education), Dhaka Ahsania Mission, University Grants Commission. The Registrar is the Member Secretary of the Syndicate.
