The Board of Trustees is the policy approving body of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology on the suggestion of the Syndicate including the budget. It is responsible for sending nominations of Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor and Treasurer to the Ministry of Education for the final approval and appointment by the Chancellor, the Honourable President of Bangladesh. The Board consists of President of the Dhaka Ahsania Mission who is also the chairman of the Board of Trustees, Vice President and General Secretary of the mission. The Vice Chancellor is a member of the Board of Trustees.
