ANALYSIS OF THE DESIGN OF THE MONOGRAM OF THE AHSANULLAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, DHAKA

1. The monogram has three integrated areas. There is a central area, and area surrounding the sides and the lower part of the central area and an upper short and bold title of the university along with a hill like geometric design.

2. The central area represents the opening of the door of the university for the first time along with the date. The two lateral sides and the lower sides of the central area accommodate the full name of the university. The top part boldly abbreviates the title of the university with a sloping hill like design suggesting the hard work and determination needed to receive a high level of education and knowledge.

3. Three colors have been used in the monogram such as green, orange and black. Green represents youth, orange represents maturity and black represents the significance of being hardworking.
