Delegation from Russian Universities meets AUST VC


A-three member delegation from four leading Russian Universities called on Professor Dr. A.M.M Safiullah, Vice-Chancellor of AUST at 10 am on 02 April 2018, A Meeting with three delegates from the Russian Linguistic University, Mininsky University, Saratov Agricultural University and Russian Moscow "Synergy" University was held to discuss on cooperation issues with AUST by Prof. Dr. A.M.M. Safiullah, Vice-Chancellor of AUST. From the four reputed Universities of Russia three delegates Nizhny Novgorod Prof. Dr. Zhigalev Boris, Nizhny Novgorod Prof Dr. Fedorov Alexander and Mr. Oleg Zyrianov were present in that meeting. Delegates introduced their universities and discussed about curriculum system as well as procedures to attain degrees. They placed proposal to AUST VC. Professor Dr. A.M.M. Safiullah welcomed the delegation and thanked them for their visit to Bangladesh for fostering academic collaboration with the higher educational institutions in the country. He also gave a brief outline of AUST in Higher Education and its curricular system in conjunction with other facilities of AUST.  

Prof. Dr. Amanullah, Dean, Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. A.K.M Nurul Amin, Head, Dept. of MPE and Prof. Dr. Sharmin Reza Chowdhury, Head, Dept. of Civil Engineering were also present in the meeting. During the meeting, they discussed various issues relating to higher education collaboration between the higher educational two institutions of the two friendly countries.
