Textile Engineering Department and Fakir Apparels Ltd.  Jointly organized Virtual Job Fair on 21 August 2021 at 11:00 a.m. to help 4th year 2nd semester (Spring 2020 and Fall 2020) students of Textile Engineering Department to find jobs for job seekers and people for employers on a zoom platform. It was an ‘ice breaking’ event for respected stakeholders to move ahead by facing pandemic challenges. More than 150 students of Textile Engineering Department participated in the program.

Renowned Entrepreneur Bakhtiar Uddin Ahmed, Chief Operating Officer, Fakir Apparels Ltd was the Chief Guest and the program was presided by Mr. Md. Ruhul Amin, Head, Textile Engineering Department.

As discussants, Sumon Kante Singha, GM-HR, Jahangir Alam Siddique, Manager- HR, from Fakir Apparels Ltd, and faculty members of Textile Engineering Department participated.
