Grameenphone’s "Next Business Leader - Technology" program is meant to provide talented recent graduates with a fast-track career path in which they can flourish and become future leaders. They will be able to operate in roles that are today ubiquitous and vital, not just in the telecommunications business, but in most modern organizations. This program is designed aiming at recent graduates, final-year students, and individuals with an interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Grameenphone arranged a roadshow on the AUST campus in partnership with the AUST Career Development Club and the AUST EEE Society to reach out to qualified and interested students so they can participate in the Management Trainee program selection process. The session lasted around one and half an hour and included a program overview, information on how a student with a science background can apply to Grameenphone's Management Trainee Program, and insights from Grameenphone's experienced speakers, as well as student Q&A.

Mr Habib Ghazi, Talent & Employer Branding Expert at Grameenphone Ltd giving described the program. Debosree Dhar, EEE alumni from the EEE-34 batch also gave her speech about the NBL program.
