With the moto “Save Our Souls”, AUST Blood Donation Club started it’s journey on 1st April, 2019. The member recruitment was done from 6th July 2019 – 10 July 2019 (Spring’19 semester). Currently the number of members of this club is 135. Among them, more than 82 members donated their blood to critical patients under AUST Blood Donation Club’s surveillance. The Medical Officer of the university is also working as an advisor for the club. Our motive is not just to donate blood or to assist in donating blood, but to make the awareness to common students about the importance of donating blood.
AUSTBDC's purpose to organize a blood donation camp is to motivate people to donate blood and social works. The purpose of blood donation camp is to select a suitable donor whose blood will be safe to the recipient and who himself shall not in any way be harmed by blood donation.
