Walton 1st Inter University Football Tournament 2017

"Walton 1^st Inter University Football Tournament 2017" was organized by "Sonali Otit Club" and "Green University, Bangladesh". The aim of this tournament was to promote football amongst the students. This would help reducing the students to get diverted towards the anti-social activities. The event started on 12^th July 2017 and ended on 27^th July 2017. A total of 20 public and private universities took part in this tournament. The venues were Bangabondhu National Football stadium and Bir Sherestha Shaheed Shipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium, Kamlapur. For the first time a team from "Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology" has participated in any national competition like this.
