Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology has been ranked as the topmost University of Bangladesh in the field of Engineering by the Spain based SCIMAGO according to the Ranking 2021 published by the Research Institution. Twenty One public and private Universities of Bangladesh have ensured their positions in the list which include 7,533 Universities of the World. AUST has been ranked as the 507^th in the list of the Universities of the world. The ranking has been made based on research performance, innovation outputs and social impact measured by web visibility of the Universities. All organizations that have published at least 100 studies in the Scopus database are considered for this ranking and AUST ranks topped the country's SCIMAGO Institutions rankings this year.
