Introducing ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers, UK) Student Chapters, jointly organized by IEB and ICE, UK Bangladesh Centre was held on 30^th April, 2015 at IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) Seminar Room.  Mr. IA Khan, ICE representative, Bangladesh chaired the session. In the program, Prof. Dr. A. M. M. Safiullah, Vice Chancellor of AUST, Prof. Dr. Sharmin Reza Chowdhury from AUST on behalf of Head, Department of Civil Engineering, AUST, Mr. MA Sobhan, Vice Chairman, ICE Centre Bangladesh, Prof. Dr. AFM Saiful Amin from BUET, Faculty members and students of Department of Civil Engineering from BUET, AUST, UAP and MIST were present. In this program objectives and functioning of the ICE Student Chapter as well as different advantages of ICE Student Membership were elaborately discussed.
