Memorandum of Understanding signing between Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and Ulterior Engineering


The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) and Ulterior Engineering was held on June 12, 2023. The event took place at the VC Seminar Room of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, and it was graced by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi, Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Dr. Mustafizur Rahman, Treasurer, AUST. Engr. Sheikh Rafat Bin Ali, CEO & Founder of Ulterior Engineering led the team from Ulterior Engineering. Dr. Asim Ullah Nabil, Advisor, Ulterior Engineering was also present in the event. Faculty members, esteemed guests and representatives from both institutions were present in the event.

The MOU signing ceremony aimed to establish a collaborative partnership between Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and Ulterior Engineering. This partnership aims to foster academic cooperation, research collaborations, and exchange programs between the two organizations, contributing to the skill development of AUST graduates.

Prof. Dr. Tareq Aziz, Head of the Department of EEE, delivered an insightful speech discussing the importance of academic-industry collaboration and its impact on technological advancements. He emphasized on the potential for joint research projects, knowledge sharing, and internships to bridge the gap between academia and industry, and produce innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Engr. Sheikh Rafat Bin Ali, the CEO & Founder of Ulterior Engineering shared his experiences and insights into the latest trends in engineering and technology, highlighting the significance of collaboration between academia and industry to drive innovation and progress. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman and Prof. Dr. Mustafizur Rahman also addressed the event, expressing their support for the partnership and their commitment to providing the necessary resources and support to facilitate the successful collaborations.

As Chief Guest of the event, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi, Vice Chancellor, AUST expressed his pleasure at the partnership between Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and Ulterior Engineering. He emphasized on the importance of fostering such collaborations to create an environment conducive to research, development, and knowledge exchange.

The highlight of the event was the signing of the MOU between Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and Ulterior Engineering. Prof. Dr. Mustafizur Rahman and Engr. Sheikh Rafat Bin Ali signed the agreement, symbolizing the official commitment of both parties to collaborate and work together towards their shared goals.
