The 3^rd seminar of the “Pathway to Research Culture” series titled, “Innovation Keeps Us Relevant” was organized on 21^st August 2022 at 2:00 PM in the VC seminar room of AUST and also streamed via Zoom platform.

In the seminar, Prof. Mustafizur Rahman was invited as the guest speaker. He has been with the department of Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 1982 to 2016. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Mikrotools Pte. Ltd.

Innovation leads to the solution of a problem or improvement of the current solution or brings in a breakthrough or disruptive solution and the speaker has extensive expertise regarding the innovation. His presentation was quite informative for the participants and also, he answered every question patiently. Along with him, the head of the MPE department, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Sarwar Morshed was present as the program chair, the Vice Chancellor of AUST, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi as chief guest, Pro Vice Chancellor of AUST, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman was present as a special guest. Besides, the faculty members and the students of AUST also attended the seminar.
