Blood donation at AUST


BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM AT AHSANULLAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

In addition to regular academic program Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology organizes Blood Donation Camp in each semester. As usual a daylong Blood Donation Program was held on 19th January, 2017 in AUST campus in collaboration with Red Crescent Blood Centre, Dhaka under Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. Total 29 donors of whom 25 were male students and 4 were female students donated their blood in that program. After Blood Donation each donor was provided with snacks and drinks along with gifts.

Dr. Zahidur Rahman, Medical Officer and Mr. Md. Mohsin, Assistant Director of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (Blood Program) supervised the whole program.  

Dr. Ahmad Munir Hussain, Medical Officer, AUST  extended full support on behalf of the Department of Adviser of Students' Welfare to make the program successful.
