Blood Donation Program held at AUST


A daylong Blood Donation Program, jointly organized by Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) and Quantum Foundation, Dhaka was held on 25th January, 2018 from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM at the Boy's Common Room ground of AUST. Total 58 bags of whole blood were donated in this program. Out of those 58 donors, 47 were male students and 11 were female students.

Mr. Sheikh Md. Foisal, Co-ordinator of Quantum Foundation & Dr. Ahmad Munir Hussain, M.O AUST supervised the whole program. A good number of Volunteers of Quantum Foundation worked in the campus throughout the whole day and motivated the students for blood donation.

Department of Students' Welfare, AUST extended its full support to make the program successful. Prof. Dr. Sharmin Reza Chowdhury, Advisor of Students' Welfare, AUST along with the Medical Officer, AUST visited the Blood donation camp and encouraged the donors.
