Blood Donation at AUST


REPORT ON FREE BLOOD GROUPING AND BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM HELD ON 28th APRIL, 2016

A daylong free Blood Grouping & Blood Donation Program, jointly organized by Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) and Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation, Dhaka was held on 28th April, 2016 from 10.00 AM to 04.00 PM at the Boys' Common Room ground of AUST. Total 22 bags of whole blood were donated in this program. Out of those 22 donors 20 were male students and 2 were female students.

31 persons had their Blood Grouping done free of cost in this program.

Mr. Tanjim Mohammad Siddiki, Officer, Blood Donation Program of Bangladesh Thalassemia Foundation & Dr. Ahmad Munir Hussain, M.O. AUST supervised the whole program. Department of Students' Welfare, AUST extended its full support to make the program successful.
