A Farewell  Program for outgoing students of Spring Semester-2015 was held on 10^th September,2015 at Prof. Dr. M. H. Khan Auditorium, AUST from 02:00 P.M to 03:00 P.M. On behalf of AUST, honorable Vice-Chancellor accorded farewell to the outgoing students. Kazi Rafiqul Alam, President, Dhaka Ahsania Mission  & Chairman, AUST Board of Trustees was Chief Guest while Prof. Dr. M. H. Khan, Advisor of the University was the Special Guest on the Occasion. Prof. Dr. Kazi Shariful Alam, Treasurer, AUST was present as the Guest of Honor. Prof. Dr. A.F.M Anwarul Haque, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. M.A. Muktadir, Dean, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Prof. Dr. Md. Amanullah, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. S. K. Biswas, Advisor, Students Welfare and Prof. Dr. M. Shahabuddin, Proctor of the University were present on the Dias. Heads of Departments, Teachers and outgoing students were present in the Farewell Program.

The Program started with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Jakaria Rahimi, Assistant Professor, EEE. At the beginning, one outgoing student from each Department spoke on their experiences in this University. They expressed their gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor and Teachers for giving them an academic environment and for imparting quality education during their stay in this University. They also appreciated the teachers for their devotion in careful guidance.

Proctor of the University Prof. Dr. M. Shahabuddin spoke on the Occasion first. He wished the out-going students all the best in their up-coming lives. The Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning Prof. Dr. M. A. Muktadir in his speech said that the  students came here with a special purpose to acquire knowledge and establish themselves in their place of  work . He expected  that the students of Ahsanullah University will  be successful  at every spare of their lives. Prof. Dr. Md. Amanullah, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Social Science  emphasized  the value of market based economy and  ask the students to work had to be entrepreneur. He expressed this prayers to be always with the students.

Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. A.F.M Anwarul Haque advised the students to utilize the knowledge they gathered from here for the nation building. Treasurer AUST Prof. Dr. Kazi Shariful Alam, attended  the Program as Guest of Honor.

He lauded the success of students  have achieved in  AUST and is still continuing. He referred to one of the students of EEE Department who stood first in the recent  B.C.S exam. He wished them all the best.

Prof. Dr. M. H. Khan, Founder Vice-Chancellor and Advisor, AUST  reminded the students about their responsibilities of being a graduate. This is an era of technology. If they face any problem in professional life they are most welcome to come here for help. He also said that you can be someone big to be a minister or too rich but you will always remain a student to your teachers.

Honorable Vice-Chancellor said, you will face the real world now. To face the real world it is time for a gain in knowledge and gathering wisdom. He said wisdom is the capacity of judging rightly in matters related to life and conduct someone's judgment in choice of means and ever.

He asked the students to search for a  meaning of success in life. They are advised to show a good performance locally and globally and build leadership quality in them. The job market is now globalized and to get better job you have to compete with the skilled people at home and abroad.  It is their duty to spread the fame of AUST and concluded his speech by wishing  them all the best.
