A seminar titled “Climate Change and Environment Degradation: Call for Transformative Changes” organized by AUST Civil Engineering Society (ACES) was held on Sunday, August 28, 2022 in the Prof. Dr. M. H. Khan Auditorium, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST).

Honorable Mayor, Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), Dhaka, Mr. Atiqul Islam attended the event as the Chief Guest. Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees, AUST and President, Dhaka Ahsania Mission, Mr. Kazi Rafiqul Alam attended the event as the Guest of Honor and the session was presided over by Vice-Chancellor of AUST Professor Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi.

Member, AUST, Board of Trustees Prof. Dr. M. Shamsher Ali and Pro Vice-Chancellor, AUST Prof. Dr. Mahabubur Rahman attended the session as the Special Guest and spoke on the Climate Change, Professor, CE, AUST, Prof. Dr. Md. Mujibur Rahman attended the session as the Keynote Speaker and Executive Director, GEGIS, Dr. Malik Fida A Khan attended the session as the Guest Speaker and welcome speech given by Prof. Dr. Sharmin Reza Chowdhury, Head, Department of Civil Engineering, AUST.

Member, AUST Board of Trustees and Member, DAM, Dr. S.M. Khalilur Rahman, Treasurer, AUST, Prof. Dr. Mustafizur Rahman, Registrar, Dr. Md. Mosharof Hossain, Secretary, Board of Trustees, AUST, Md.
