On 31st May 2022, a meeting was held regarding the COL TEL AUST Project Briefing Session in the AUST seminar room. Honorable vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi inaugurated the program. Followed by his speech, Prof. Dr. Kazi A. Kalpoma PoC & Lead Coordinator, COL-TEL AUST project described briefly about the whole journey of CoL with AUST and its future phases.

During the meeting session, Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Prof. Dr. S.M.A. Al-Mamun, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Mazharul Islam Director, IQAC, Prof. Dr. S.M. Shafiul Alam, Head, School of Business spoke regarding the success of the project. In addition, different technical issues regarding classroom internet accessibility, LMS and institutional repository were discussed. 

Along with others, Prof. Dr. Mustafizur Rahman Treasurer, Prof. Dr. A.K.M. Baki, Head, Electrical & Electronic Engineering,  Prof. Dr. Md. Ashrafur Rahman, Head, Department of Arts and Sciences and Dr. Md. Zillur Rahman, Librarian and faculty members from different departments were present in the meeting session.
