Team AUSTDC “Kalpurush” from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) has achieved the Runners-Up position at the EMMTEX Solutions Ltd. Presents BUTexDC National Debate Festival 2025, organized by the Bangladesh University of Textiles Debating Club (BUTexDC).

The team comprised Md. Ataur Rahman Noman Mridha (IPE), Sheikh Asif (EEE), and Tanvir Mahmud Faiaj (ME). In a highly competitive grand final, Team Kalpurush narrowly missed the championship in a 3–2 split ballot, securing an impressive second-place finish.

Throughout the tournament, the AUST debaters demonstrated exceptional analytical and oratory skills, earning victories over several esteemed universities, including BUET, Jahangirnagar University, Begum Rokeya University, Jagannath University, and others.

This remarkable achievement highlights the continued excellence of the AUST Debating Club (AUSTDC) in promoting critical thinking, articulate expression, and academic engagement among university students.
