Mechanical and Production Engineering

On 30th June, we successfully accomplished our very first event which was, "University Life Hacks 101: In Pursuit of Healthy Engineering Minds." It was such an insightful event for all the young engineering minds on how they can pursue their engineering career, evolve their skills, build a sizable portfolio and improve their mental Our honorable professor, Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi, (Vice Chancellor of AUST), and Dr. Muhammad Sarwar Morshed (Professor, Head of Mechanical and Production Engineering Department) made a graceful presence to oversee our event and shared such valuable words. International guests who are Dr. A.R.M Harunur Rashid (Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering at IUT) and Dr. Altab Hossain Sir (Southern Asia Region Committee Member and Bangladesh Representative of IMechE) also blessed us with their presence at our event.

Our very own chivalrous speakers were Mr. Sakib Hossain Khan (Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering at AUST) and Mr. Shaumik Rahman Ayon (Lecturer at the Department of Petroleum and Mineral Engineering at BUET). There were more than 80 students present and all of them were taken by awe at their valuable words and were encouraged highly to follow their step-by-step guidance. Our Advisor, Dr. Muhammad Azizur Rahman (Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering, AUST), and Mr. Badhan Saha, our Moderator and Liaison Officer (Lecturer, Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering at AUST) helped us greatly to conduct our event. We are immeasurably elated for our very first successful event to be accomplished.
