Mechanical and Production Engineering

On 6^th December, 2022 all Representatives (VP, GS, CR and SR) from the students of MPE Department were invited to attend a meeting regarding raising awareness about any kind of unavoidable circumstance inside AUST campus. The meeting was held at the Mechanical Drawing Laboratory (8C03) of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST).

Our honorable Head, department of MPE, AUST, Prof. Dr. Mazharul Islam, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Sarwar Morshed, Prof. Dr. Dewan Hasan Ahmed, Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Ahmed Choudhury, Prof. Dr. A N Mustafizul Karim were present there. Also, Ms. Humaira Nafisa Ahmed and Mr. Md. Arif Mahmud Shuklo Shoshe were present from proctorial team and Dr. Mohammad Harun-Or-Rashid was present from student welfare team.

The purpose of the meeting was to raise awareness among the students and advise them of how to handle such unforeseen circumstances as well as what to do if something unexpected occurs. Senior faculty members also discussed classroom and lab amenities with the students. Later, after discussing potential solutions, the students discussed the issues they were currently facing.
