Mechanical and Production Engineering

The Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering sent 16 students from the 4^th year - 1^st semester for an industrial attachment at Ghorashal Training Center, BPDB, Palash, Narsingdi. Its mission is to improve power generation as well as provide technical knowledge. Ghorashal Training Center (GTC) under the BPDB has conducted a training session on power-plant. An overview of power generation, transmission, and distribution in Bangladesh was given by their engineers.

The training program ran from 24^th May 2022 to 4^th June 2022, for a total of 12 days.
