On 4^th November 2022, Mr. S.M Shafaat Akhter Nur, Lecturer of MPE Department (IPE Program) of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology was invited as the guest speaker on “Career Talk: Paths After Graduation” organized by IEOM Society AUST Student Chapter.

It was conducted keeping the career queries of students in mind. It was an insightful session for all the students of IPE on how they can pursue their engineering career, evolve their skills and prepare themselves for the job market. He shared his experiences and valuable words, which motivated and opened doors to many eventful opportunities for the students in the future. He nicely explained the pros and cons of every sector including Govt. job sector, corporate job sector, BCS preparation and higher studies. He also shared his experiences starting from preparing himself for the job market while pursuing the B.Sc. degree, applying for the job to excel in it. His experience and guidance will be incredibly helpful for the students in choosing the career path and goal persuasion as IPE graduates.
