Mechanical and Production Engineering

A group of 4 (Four) students from Level 4, term 1 of Industrial and Production Engineering participated in an industrial attachment at Bengal Plastics Limited (Unit-3) from 5^th July to 9^th of July, 2023.

From the attachment, they got a brief insight into how industries work to bring out the maximum production. They got hands-on knowledge of the Plastic products manufacturing process, Injection molding, creating molds using CNC machine, Polythene production, Pipe production, Melamine goods production, layout designing, Maintenance and safety assurance, Bill of materials (BOM), Management, Human resource appliance, etc. All these practical experiences enriched their knowledge, which they got from the courses over the semesters.
