Swapan Kumer Guho Magumder, former General Manager (HR) of Hameem Group, Standard Group, and Bengal Group of Industries was invited as a guest speaker on the seminar titled “Career Talk: Personal & Professional Development of Future Leaders” organized by AUST IPE Association which was held at the VC Seminar Room of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST).

AUST IPE Association is always committed towards providing excellency for the students regarding their future after graduation. It was a fruitful and insightful session for all the students of IPE and conducted keeping the career queries of students in mind. It was on how they can enrich their personal and professional skills and pursue their engineering career, and prepare themselves for the job market.

The speaker shared his experiences and valuable words, which motivated and opened doors to many eventful opportunities for the students in the future. He provided the insight on how to develop the students on both personal and professional factors. He managed to taught about “AIM” and told to work on four of the things in particular. Also, flooded with the knowledge of developing soft skills and having a strong morale. Furthermore, the speaker discussed about building up Curriculum Vitae (CV) and LinkedIn profile which is essential and also assured the students a successful life if they don't give up on these particulars.

The honorable head, department of MPE, AUST, Prof. Dr. Mazharul Islam and Assistant Professors of MPE department, Ms. Humaira Nafisa Ahmed and Mr. Hasin Md. Muhtasim Taqi enlightened the event with their presence.
