Textile Engineering

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) and DBL Group. The MoU was signed at the AUST campus on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, Pro Vice-Chancellor, AUST, and Md. Abdur Rahim, Vice-Chairman, DBL Group, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi, Vice-Chancellor of AUST was present during the signing ceremony.

Prof. Dr. Lal Mohan Baral, Head, Department of Textile Engineering and Associate Prof. Md. Ruhul Amin, also signed the MoU. Md. Kamal Hosen, General Manager, Corporate HR and Engr. Ahmed Tanvir Anam, AGM, OD and Learning of DBL group signed the MoU.

The main objective of this MoU is to support the undergraduate students of DTE, AUST to enhance their professional skills by providing intensive hands-on soft skill training during the industrial attachment at DBL group. 

Teachers and students of Textile Engineering Department also were present during the signing ceremony.
