Textile Engineering

A group of 64 final year students of Apparel Manufacturing Stream of DTE (Department of Textile Engineering), AUST led by Associate Professor Engr. Mohammad Faizur Rahman and Lecturer Mr. Kazi Rezwan Hossain of the same department visited the Unique Washing and Dyeing Ltd. situated at kalameshor, K.B Bazar, Gazipur on 16^th June, 2022. Engr. Md. Asadul Haque Bhuiyan, the General Manager of Unique Washing & Dyeing Ltd., Mr. Md. Saddam Hossain, Head of R&D, Unique washing and Dyeing Ltd. and the employees of the factory have guided the students during factory visit. In the visit, students got the opportunity to know about the recent advancement in machinery and processes of garments washing and dyeing specially for wet and dry processes. At the end of the visit, the General Manager of the factory shared his working experience and enlightened the visiting students about the prospects of garment washing and dyeing which, they could take as upcoming career.
