This year's ACA event is scheduled to be held in the picturesque Boracay Island, Philippines, spanning from September 17th to September 22nd, 2023.
The overarching theme of the 2023 ACA event, which is being hosted by the Philippines, is 'Paghahabi: Weaving a Future-Ready Environment.'
