Two research projects titled “Refugee Architecture for Childhood Crisis: Concept, Politics, and Transformations of CFS in Balukhali Camp, Cox’s Bazar” (Principal Investigator: S. M. Arafat Hossain, Assistant Professor; Co-Principal Investigator: Naimul Aziz, Associate Professor), and “The Extent and Impact of Shared Living on People’s Health and Well-Being: A Study on Slum Dwellers in the Context of Dhaka, Bangladesh” (Principal Investigator: Asma Siddika, Assistant Professor; Co-Principal Investigator: Ishrat Momtaz Badhan, Lecturer), have got AUST internal research grant second round. Honorable Mayor, Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), Dhaka, Mr. Atiqul Islam, awarded certificates on 28th August 2022 at the M. H. Khan Auditorium, AUST. Mr. Kazi Rafiqul Alam, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees, AUST and President, Dhaka Ahsania Mission; Professor Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi, Vice-Chancellor of AUST, and Chairman, CASR; Prof. Dr. Mahabubur Rahman, Pro Vice-Chancellor of AUST, and Chairman, Research Project Committee; Prof. Dr. M. Shamsher Ali, Member, AUST, Board of Trustees, former president of the Bangladesh academy of sciences, and former founder vice-chancellor of Bangladesh open university; Dr. Malik Fida A Khan, Executive Director, GEGIS; all Heads and Deans from all departments were present during the award giving session.
