On 27 June 2024 Thursday, 20 students from 4th year 2nd semester (AUST CSE 45th Batch) of Department of CSE, AUST visited the Dynamic Solution Innovators (DSi) to gain insights into the competitive and growing software industry of Bangladesh.

DSi is an international software company in Bangladesh, operating since 2001. The company works on projects of different fields and sections at national and international level. The Bangladeshi office of the company is located at New Mohakhali DOHS.

The students interacted with engineers at DSi and learned about different fields such as Software Development, Quality Assurance and Testing, VLSI and Chip Designing etc. The industry experts shared their knowledge with students how they should prepare themselves for the recruitment processes as well as progressing in the professional life.

Efforts of Ms. Samiha Yusuf, Talent Acquisition Executive, HR, DSi and Mr. Saha Reno, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, AUST made the visit possible from which the students, through five different sessions, gained knowledge on the steps and processes of efficiently developing software, methods and practices for ensuring software quality and reliability, the design, verification, and simulation processes of digital circuits, the basics of physical design and manufacturing processes of integrated circuits, and insights on strategic planning and development for advancing their professional careers.

Students were accompanied by Mr. Ashek Seum, Lecturer Grade-I and Mr. Md. Siam Ansary, Lecturer Grade-I; faculty members from Department of CSE, AUST for the visit.
