Prof. Dr. Saleh Md. Mashehdul Islam is the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST). He is a Professor and the Former Head of the School of Business (SoB) of the same university. In the past, he served the university as Assistant Proctor and Hostel In-Charge. He was the Co-ordinator of the MBA program, SoB, AUST. He earned BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) from AUST in 1999 and MBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) from MSM (Maastricht School of Management), Netherlands in 2000. In 2007, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma from University of Bedfordshire, UK. He was awarded a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) by Aligarh Muslim University, India in 2015. Currently, he is a member of the Academic Council, the P&D (Planning and Development) Committee, the Purchase Committee, the committee for advanced studies and research (CASR) and the CES (Center for Extension Service) Committee of AUST. He is also a member of the DP&DC (Departmental Planning and Development Committee) of the School of AUST.
